研究兴趣

目前主要从事二维材料的制备,物理特性和光电器件的研究。

1. 材料制备:高质量二维材料的可控生长和各类二维材料异质结的组装。

2. 物性研究:主要采用光学,电学,光电等表征手段研究基础的二维物理特性。

3. 器件制备:系统研制面向应用的高效率二维半导体发光管和激光器。

主要学术成绩与获奖

目前在专业杂志(如Nat. Common., ACS Nano, Nano Lett., Phys. Rev. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett. )上发表50篇论文:总引用 (Web of Science)大于3000,H因子25。获得西工大“翱翔海外学者引进计划““国家自费留学生奖学金”厦门大学优秀毕业生”等资助或奖励。
