研究方向

光电探测、二维材料柔性光电子器件、磁光效应、表面等离激元共振增强光谱(包括荧光光谱、拉曼散射光谱)、热电转换优化理论。

主要学术成绩

主要围绕二维材料的光电特性开展研究工作,设计并实现了石墨烯/有机半导体二维异质结构的紫外光电探测器;以多孔氧化铝自组装结构为模板,制备了贵金属等离激元阵列,结合石墨烯后更有益于表面增强拉曼散射(SERS);利用金属和磁光材料薄层结构设计了超材料(Metamaterials),在理论上实现了微纳米尺度下90度的Kerr旋转角。2011年至今在Mat. Sci. Eng. R, Adv. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., Phys. Rev. E等著名国际刊物上发表论文20篇,参与撰写专著章节1部,其中影响因子大于103篇、大于38篇,被引总计450余次,h-因子10
