主要学术成绩

近些年来张悦周博士在药物化学,化学信息学,纳米医学,微流体技术以及水污染处理等领域开展研究工作。其代表性成果有编写计算机程序从数据库中挖掘磷酸根生物等排体,并将获得的结果运用于新靶标活性小分子化合物的合成中。建立白桦醇同系物抗利什曼原虫的定量构效关系并预测其生物靶标。通过高通量筛选技术发现针对捻转血矛线虫的先导化合物,优化其结构获得药效和安全性俱佳的候选药物分子。以DNA为基础的药物递送系统的构建及其生物医学应用。多孔二氧化硅和硅材料的制备并赋予其靶向功能,基于多种具有协同作用抗癌药的前药纳米颗粒的制备。使用微流体技术制备纳米颗粒,对装载了药物的多孔材料进行包裹实现载体的控制释放。合成石墨烯增强的水凝胶吸附以及微/纳滤膜去除水体中的重金属污染。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、J.Chem.Inf.Model、J Cheminform. 等国际著名学术期刊近20余篇,受邀为多家国际学术期刊的审稿人,并参与编写书籍。
