主要学术成就

彭勃博士拥有较强的生物医学工程及相关学科背景,研究方向和兴趣主要集中于抗癌药物的研发与筛选。在以博士研究生加入新加坡国立大学的姚少钦教授团队后,彭勃逐步融合芯片实验室(lab-on-chips)的概念,利用其高通量和微型化的特点,将点击化学以及纳米材料有机结合,设计并完成了在微阵列芯片上的正向以及逆向遗传筛选(reserve and forward genetic screening)。其博士后工作中继续在芯片实验室技术上进行专研和学习,利用微流控腔道结构以及高度可控化的性质,建立和优化了血脑屏障的体外模型。迄今为止,彭勃博士共发表SCI收录论文13篇,其中IF>10.0的有6篇;这些论文发表在Trends in Biotech.1篇),J. Am. Chem. Soc.1篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.4篇)等国际著名期刊上。2017年,在新加坡国立大学奖学金支持下,申请人于澳大利亚墨尔本举行的亚洲化学(Asian Chemical Congress)大会上作了 “Small molecule microarray-based discovery of PARP14 inhibitors” 的大会报告,其又在在20191014举办的组织工程和再生医学国际大会(TERMIS 19)上作 “A 3D Brain-organoid-on-a-chip Model with Blood Brain Barrier Functionality” 的大会报告。
