Research Interests:

Physical, optical, and optoelectronic properties of the emerging two-dimensional (2D) materials and their device applications.

1. Preparation of atomically thin single crystals and their van der Waals heterostructures.

2. Investigation of new physical properties of 2D materials by optical, electrical and optoelectrical techniques

3. Development of high-efficiency 2D light-emitting diodes and lasers for practical optoelectronic applications.
