Printing electronics is an interdisciplinary research area developed by the penetration of chemistry, physics, materials, electronics, machinery and other disciplines. It mainly focuses on the technology, cost and flexible and transparent fabrication of large-scale electronic devices in modern electronic device manufacturing industry.
This subject emphasis on the preparation of ink suitable for printing technology by combining organic materials with inorganic nanomaterials; printing the required electronic component patterns on the substrate by inkjet printing, orifice printing, gravure printing, relief printing and indirect printing technology; by using film packaging technology such as deposition, molecular growth and coating to carry out the final packaging process for printing devices to prolong the life of electronic devices; to develop the industrial electronic devices and combine organic electronics, plastic electronics, paper electronics, flexible electronics and other fields to expand new fields of electronics and electronic industry.
